Here is the living room.  It opens off  the kitchen, and there is a sliding glass door leading out to the deck. Space is well utilized in this home.

The kitchen is large.  The main door enters into the dining space, and into the kitchen.  There is an eating bar between the kitchen and the living room.

The upper deck is off the living room.  Great views of the community, a glimpse of the golf course, and beyond to the horizon. 

The master bedroom has a walk in closet, a built in desk and access to the main floor bathroom.

On the cement patio you will find a hot tub.  This area is fenced for the owners' dog right now.   

 There are three outbuildings.  A 2-car garage, an antique wood building, and a storage building with attached green house.  The garage has an additional dwelling.

The additional one bedroom dwelling in the garage is mostly used for storage these days, but has housed guests.  It has a 3/4 bathroom.  Appliances stay. 

The antique wood building was probably a garage at one time.  It has a cement pad.  The blue storage unit is fairly new.  There is a green house attached.
